The Schy's live in New Albany and Flordia. I'll let you guess which seasons they spend where. They are always there to lend a helping hand (or car, or house) to family members in need - which Ben and Stef have been on occasion!

John Congleton - Best Man
John and Ben go way back... so far back, in fact, that neither of the remember ever NOT knowing each other. They lived together for a short time in Indianapolis, up until John met his would-be wife in Louisville and decided to move back south. A little over a year later, Ben made the same move south with his own would-be wife.

Jen Ellis - Maid of Honor
This is Stef's best friend Jen. She lives in Richmond with Matt, Monkey and Pooka. She works for Tommy Hilfiger footwear and salivates when she sees the color orange. Her alter-ego is Veronica - watch out for her, she's feisty!

Tony went to Rose-Hulman, Ben went to Rose-Hulman. Tony moved to Chicago, Ben moved to Chicago. Tony moved back to New Albany, Ben moved back to New Albany. See a pattern?

Stef's sister Stacie just graduated from Richmond High School this spring and will be attending Ball State in the fall. She can sling mashed potatoes and gravey like it's her job (it was) and her nickname is "Cornbread".

Steve Wills - Groomsman
Ben and Steve have been friends from gradeschool to the present. They used to spend summers riding bikes all over New Albany, now they just ride them back and forth between eachothers houses. Incidentally, the distance between their houses is only about 100 yards.

Brianna Wills - Bridesmaid
Brianna is Steve's baby-momma... and also his wife. Being right up the road, Brianna is the perfect cat-sitter for when Ben and Stef go out of town for more than a few days. She has a few days of IOU baby-sitting built up for future use.

Ben went to school with Sean from Junior High all the way through college. He lives in Chicago with his new wife Melissa and has the fattest cat on earth (Ducky). He doesn't usually wear blush - this pic is from Halloween 2000 when Sean dressed up as Brittany Spears.

Terri Congleton - Bridesmaid
Terri took quite a leap of faith in marrying John. Not only did she take on the chore of keeping him in line, but also took on his seldom-spelled-correctly last name! Terri and Stefanie have become friends over the past few years and John and Terri will be joining the Sunset Hills neighborhood at the end of August.

Justin Schy - Ring Bearer
Ben's 3 year old nephew Justin is going to be in his very first wedding! He recently attended another wedding and observed the ring bearer duties - now he's really looking forward to it. Another thing he's looking forward to: wedding cake.

Lindsey Holliday - Flower Girl
Lindsey is Stef's God Daughter. She'll be walking down the aisle, flinging flower petals this way and that. Lindsey is a 5th grader at Seton West Catholic school and this will be her 2nd wedding participation. She likes talking with the adults of the family so she can keep up with all of the family gossip! Just ask her!

Jim Morris - Usher
Ben used to spend countless hours in Jimmy's basement playing Nintendo, rough-housing with his little brothers, and competing in feirce ping-pong tournaments. Jim now lives in Dayton, OH and by the time he is in Ben and Stef's wedding, he'll be fresh off of a wedding of his own!

Ben has known Bilal since Kindergarden at Grant Line Elementary School. He is currently in his last year of medical school in Indianapolis. He likes fast cars, candy, Billy Joel, and thug rap.

Rachael Wiseman used to be named Rachel Polen. Ben got to know her in College, and one of his friends married her shortly after they graduated. She wanted to be our flower girl, but we decided that she was a little too old.

Chad Wiseman is a Lambda Chi Brother of Ben's. He lives in a mansion in Bloomfeild with his wife Racheal (above). He like's to play with fire, make beef jerkey, and eat Crab Rangoons. In fact, his nickname is Rangoon.

Curt's is also one of Ben's Fraternity Brothers from Rose. He's from Kansas, but went to school in Indiana, then moved to Albuquerque, then moved to DC. This is a picture of him from Halloween dressed up as the Crocodile Hunter, sampling a tasty beverage. His nickname is Turbo.
